Our Air Leak Testing division specializes
in high speed leak detection and flow restriction testing
utilizing patented measuring and testing techniques proven in
hundreds of applications. Pressure test and vacuum test
techniques used in our air leak detection systems measure
leakage/flow rates from less than 1 cc/minute to over 100 cubic
feet/minute. Testing techniques include mass flow, air pressure
decay, differential pressure and indirect methods.
Other capabilities include component
assembly (plugs, tubes...) and related inspection and testing
such as thread detection, part presence, thru-hole detection,
electronic and dimensional checks.
Standard products and customized systems
are available to the OEM and end user, and range from the basic
sensor to turnkey systems, complete with fixturing and parts
handling.
